The media: Giving us the truth since 2010

Am I the only person who is getting tired of all the press the SARS “epidemic” is getting. A few people get it in Europe one person gets it in Canada and we’re all going to die. Anyone remember the kid down the street named Anthrax? The press couldn’t possibly be this hard up for stories. With all the different stuff the put on the news now how could they have room for something different? The press is obviously trying to tell us some important lessons:

 

ü    Axe Murderer in your town? Nobody cares. It’s much more important for the people in that area to know Coalition Forces only get 2 pairs of socks.

 

ü    Contrary to popular belief people still care about what the hell Maddona does. The Public generally adores whores who sing like constipated whores.

 

ü    Beached whales? The country is on the edge of their seats.

 

ü    The world now consists of Washington D.C. and Iraq.

 

ü    The story of an Iraqi looting a government store of a printer is a much more crucial story than a Communist country we’ve been in war with before and that obviously poses a threat to national security in Asia and Hawaii developing Nuclear and Chemical Weapons.

 

As you can see the media is very honest and comprehensive in their representation of the world. If we didn’t have them to tell us what is important we might actually know something. Maybe. The only logical response to this obvious dissemination of media propaganda is violence. Although now always the answer in 99% of cases it is. So next time you see someone from your local news program do the world a favor and punch him in the stomach. He/she is probably so full of shit he/she will spill out tootsie rolls.
